How to create a sales proposal?

In order to create a sales proposal go to the “Proposals” tab and click on the “Create proposal” button.
Enter the name of the proposal e.g. “Proposal For Lease on Printers”, select a Client by entering their name. If they are not in the database, enter their name and click “Add”. Optionally, you can enter a welcome message, which will be included in e-mail messages addressed to the Client. In the next step, select the products by entering their name into the search engine or quickly add the recently offered products. Here, you can selects the prices, discounts, the number of products, etc. Next, choose the template you want us to use to generate your proposal. Finally, send the proposal to the Client by clicking on the “Send your proposal “ button or download a PDF file.

How to add a new Client?

New Clients can be added in the “Client” section by clicking on the “Add client” button (above the Client list). Complete the form that has just appeared – the only required field is the the Client's name. After entering all the data click on the “Save” button. What are notifications?

Notifications inform you about your sellers' activity e.g. when they have sent a proposal to a Client, which proposals have been confirmed by the Clients, etc. All notifications can be found in the “Messages” section.

How to add your product/service to useSelly?

If you want to add your product, go to the “Products and Services” section. Enter your product information: name (a required field), product category, description, default price, quantity and sales unit e.g. item, lm (linear meter). At the end, define VAT (in percentage terms) and add a picture. After completing all the data click on the “Save” button.

How to fill in your company information?

In order to fill in your company information go to the “Your company” tab and fill in all the data. Enter your company's name, website address, your company's complete address, contact information, company's description and register data such as NIP, KRS, Regon, etc. Finally, load your logo (preferably in the PNG24 format, sized over 1000 px) and click on the “Save” button.

How to create a seller's account?

In order to create a new seller's account go to the “Your team” tab and click on the “Add Team Member” button located above the table. Fill in the seller's contact information, add your notes, select their supervisor and department and add their photo. useSelly will automatically notify the new user by sending them an e-mail with their log-in information.

You can see all the templates in the “Templates” tab. Each proposal may be generated using one of the nine free templates. A template is selected in the third step of creating a proposal – by entering its name into the search engine or choosing one of the recently used templates (next to the search engine).

How to set sales goals for the seller?

In order to set sales goals for the upcoming period for a particular seller go to the “Your Team” tab. From the user list select the seller, for whom you want to set the goal. After visiting the selected user's profile click on the “Edit Plan” button. Choose a month and click the edit icon next to it, enter a desired amount and push Enter.

How to analyze statistics for selected sellers?

There are two ways to analyze the results of a particular seller's work:
1) go to the user's profile and click on the “Performance” button – here is an array of information about the sales results of the seller.
2) Go to the “Statistics” tab and proceed to the “Salesperson” tab. Select a seller from the search engine on the right – after that the results of that user's work will be displayed in the form of graphs. You can also add another user in order to compare their work in relation to each other."
